Five communities, covered properly.
We would rather run one area well than claim the whole metro and turn up late. These are the places our drivers are in every day.

Anderson Township
Our busiest run, and the one we built the pickup service around. Morning collections across Anderson usually mean a screen or battery repair is back on your kitchen table the same evening.

Amelia
Amelia sits between our two daily loops, so we can almost always fit a same-day collection in. Handy if the phone died on a Monday morning and you need it back before Tuesday.

Milford
We collect across Milford and Miami Township daily, homes and small offices alike. Plenty of our laptop and console work comes from here, and the driver will collect from a workplace reception if that is easier.

Batavia
Batavia and the surrounding townships are on the afternoon loop. Tablets and laptops usually go back the next day; phone screens and batteries often make the same-day return.

Loveland
Loveland straddles three counties and we cover all of it — the historic district, the Little Miami side and the newer builds off Loveland-Madeira. Console and handheld repairs are the local speciality.

Pickup and delivery are free inside the area above — not free over a certain spend, not free on screens only. If we collect it, the driving is on us, and that includes bringing it back untouched if you decide against the repair after the free diagnostic.
Every collection is signed for, bagged and labelled with your job number, and you get the flat quote by text before a single part is fitted.

Anderson, Amelia, Milford, Batavia and Loveland are our core area, along with the neighbourhoods between them. Collection and return are free on every repair inside it, with no minimum spend.
I am just outside those five — will you still collect?
Usually, yes. Anywhere on Cincinnati's east side is worth asking about. Text us the ZIP code and we will tell you straight away whether it is free or carries a small mileage charge, before you commit to anything.
How quickly can you get to me?
Anderson, Amelia and Milford are on the morning loop, Batavia and Loveland on the afternoon one, so most requests booked before noon get a same-day two-hour window.
Do you have a shop I can walk into?
No — the workshop is a bench, not a retail counter. Everything is collected from your door and delivered back to it, which is why pickup and delivery are free rather than an add-on.
