Glass and digitizer work on common iPads and Galaxy Tabs is usually a one to two day job, because the adhesive has to cure properly before the tablet goes back together. Rushing that is how a screen lifts at the corner a month later.
Swollen batteries are the other job we see constantly. If your tablet's screen is bowing away from the frame, stop charging it and book a pickup — that is a battery on its way out, not a cosmetic problem.

Getting ready
Before your tablet is collected
- Back up to iCloud, Google or a computer first — display work occasionally disturbs a failing storage chip.
- Turn off Find My iPad or the equivalent locator so the tablet can be tested and restored after the repair.
- Leave the passcode with the driver on the collection slip, or stay reachable by phone.
- Send the tablet on its own — keep keyboards, pencils and cases unless the fault involves them.

Book a pickup
Call or send the quote form. We give you a two-hour collection window, usually the same day, and pick the device up from your home or office.

We repair it in house
Everything is opened, tested and repaired on our own bench. You get a flat quote by text before any work starts — free, whether or not you go ahead.

We deliver it back
Repaired, tested and returned to your door with 90 days on parts and labor. If anything is not right, we collect it again at no charge.
Questions
Before you book
Can you fix a tablet with a swollen battery?
Usually, yes. Stop charging it and book a pickup — we replace the cell and check the frame and screen for damage the swelling has already caused.
Why do tablets take longer than phones?
The adhesive that holds a tablet screen down has to cure under clamp for several hours. We would rather keep it overnight than hand back a screen that lifts.
Do you repair Surface and Fire tablets?
Yes. Parts for less common models sometimes have to be ordered, which adds a day or two — we tell you that in the quote, not afterwards.
Will I lose my apps and photos?
A screen or battery repair does not touch your data. We still ask you to back up first, because a tablet that has already been dropped can have other damage we have not found yet.
