Phone Repair, done in house
Screen and battery work on current models is stocked and turned around the same day. Anything older, rarer or board-level goes on the bench for a free diagnostic first, and you get a flat quote by text before we start.
We fit both OEM-grade and quality aftermarket parts and we will tell you plainly which one is going in, what it costs and how the two differ in brightness, touch feel and colour.

Getting ready
Before your phone is collected
- Back up anything you cannot lose. We take care with your data, but no repair is risk-free.
- Turn off device-locator features (Find My or the Android equivalent) so we can test the phone after the repair.
- Write your passcode on the collection slip, or be reachable by phone — we cannot verify a touchscreen repair without unlocking the device.
- Take out the SIM and memory card, and keep your case and screen protector unless you want them refitted.

Book a pickup
Call or send the quote form. We give you a two-hour collection window, usually the same day, and pick the device up from your home or office.

We repair it in house
Everything is opened, tested and repaired on our own bench. You get a flat quote by text before any work starts — free, whether or not you go ahead.

We deliver it back
Repaired, tested and returned to your door with 90 days on parts and labor. If anything is not right, we collect it again at no charge.

Before you book
How long does a phone screen repair take?
Most screens are done in about 45 minutes on the bench. With a morning pickup, the phone is usually back at your door the same afternoon.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes — collection and return are free on every repair inside our standard service area. There is no minimum spend and no charge if you decide not to go ahead after the diagnostic.
Do you use original parts?
We stock both OEM-grade and quality aftermarket screens. We tell you which one your quote is based on and what the difference is, and you choose.
What if the repair does not hold?
Every repair carries 90 days on parts and labor. If something goes wrong in that window, call us and we collect the phone again at no charge.
