Game console repair, door to door
Consoles are heavy and awkward to carry, which is exactly why we collect them. Board-level work — HDMI ports, power sections, stick drift — is done in house, not sent away.
- 90-day repair warranty

What we repair
Console Repair, done in house
A dead HDMI port is the single most common console fault we see, and it is the one most shops refuse. We reball and replace the port on our own rework station, so the console you get back is the one you sent, with your saves intact.
Overheating and fan noise are usually years of dust and dried thermal paste. A full strip, clean and repaste is the cheapest repair on this page and often the one that adds the most life to a console.
- HDMI port replacement and board repair
- Controller stick drift and button wear
- Overheating, fan noise and full repaste
- Disc drive replacement and laser alignment
- Power supply and no-power faults
- Handheld joystick, rail and hinge repair
- Charge port and dock connector rebuild
- Storage upgrades and system restore

Getting ready
Before your console is collected
- Sign out of your account if you would rather we could not reach it — we only need the console to power on and display.
- Send the power cable and, for HDMI faults, the cable you have been using. Half of "dead port" calls turn out to be a failed cable.
- Take out any disc or game card, and tell us if the console has been opened before.
- For controller faults, send the controller only — we do not need the console with it.
How it works
Three steps, we come to you.
-
Book a pickup
Call or send the quote form. We give you a two-hour collection window, usually the same day, and pick the device up from your home or office.
-
We repair it in house
Everything is opened, tested and repaired on our own bench. You get a flat quote by text before any work starts — free, whether or not you go ahead.
-
We deliver it back
Repaired, tested and returned to your door with 90 days on parts and labor. If anything is not right, we collect it again at no charge.
Questions
Before you book
Do I lose my saves and installed games?
No. We repair the console you send rather than swapping it, so your storage, saves and installs come back exactly as they were.
Can stick drift really be fixed, or do I need a new controller?
It can be fixed. We replace the analog module rather than cleaning it, which is why the fix holds instead of coming back in a month.
My console has been opened before — will you still work on it?
Yes, just tell us. Previous work changes what we look for, and we would rather know before the diagnostic than find out halfway through.
Do you repair handhelds?
Yes — joysticks, rails, hinges, charge ports and screens on handheld and hybrid consoles, collected and returned the same as anything else.
Ready when you are.
Book a free pickup and we will collect the device, quote it before any work starts, and deliver it back repaired with a 90-day warranty.
